What they should do is everyone puts one useless item for very cheap on display as their garage sale item (the sign doesn’t state how much items you should sell). So like everyone puts a pebble they found for sale for 1 cent and everyone buys the pebble from their neighbour.

Preeeeeetty sure that’s probably a violation of the Animated armed skeleton active shooter shirt but in fact I love this HOA bylaws.
